Purpose and legal basis of the personal data we process | Your personal data is collected: 1) When you are a guest/customer of Hotel Palatium or are planning to stay at the hotel. The purpose of the administrator’s processing of your personal data is to make a booking for accommodation, to register your stay and to provide hotel and other services – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO i.e. the performance of a contract for the provision of hotel services (hereinafter: the “Contract”), as well as to take necessary measures at your request prior to the conclusion of the Contract such as the booking of accommodation; 2) For the performance of contracts for the provision of services other than those indicated in paragraph 1 above and provided in connection with a stay in a hotel as well as taking the necessary steps prior to the conclusion of such contracts (legal basis Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA); 3) If you expressly and voluntarily give your consent, the purpose will be to advertise products or services provided by the Administrator through the Administrator’s sending of emails and/or newsletters and conducting surveys on hotel guests’ satisfaction with the hotel services provided (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) RODO i.e. consent to the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(f) RODO – the Administrator’s legitimate interest in direct marketing of services). 4) When you provide services to the Administrator, the purpose of data processing by the Administrator will be to perform a contract to which you are a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO); 5) For the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, such as issuing and storing invoices (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) RODO); 6) For the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims in relation to the services provided by the Administrator, being the fulfilment of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO); |
